Prices and Payment

All prices are in euro and include Finland VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard:

Printscorpio Oy is solely a marketing and delivering partner if you choose Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard -payment.

All reclaims are handled by Paytrail Oy.

Delivery

We only deliver within the European union region with some exceptions. We strive to deliver the stock products you ordered for delivery by mail no later than the next business day after the order. Our delivery time is then 3-7 days, depending on the mail's delivery schedule. For products made with your own image and customized, the delivery time may be longer.Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the Finland are as stated in delivery options. There are also delivery options for European Union area.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

After-Sales Services and Guarantees

Delivery or Product errors

After receiving the delivery, the Customer must check without undue delay that the delivered Products are not damaged and are error-free in all aspects. The Customer must also ensure that the delivery contains all the Products that the Customer ordered.

Printscorpio Oy is responsible for errors in delivery and the delivered Products according to consumer protection law chapter 5. If the Products received by the Customer are erroneous or do not comply with the order, the Customer must immediately contact Printscorpio Customer service (verkkokauppa@lipputehdas.fi).

If Printscorpio has delivered a Product that does not comply with the order, Printscorpio will usually try to correct the error by delivering to the Customer the correct Product, and the Customer will return the wrong Product to Printscorpio free of charge.

If the delivery has been damaged during shipping, Printscorpio advises to leave the delivery uncollected, and to contact Printscorpio Customer service.

If the Customer sees an error in the product covered by consumer protection legislation, the Customer can file a complaint to Printscorpio about the issue, as he/she sees fit.

If the complaint leads to returning the Product to Printscorpio, Printscorpio will cover the shipping costs of the delivery.

After the Product subject to the complaint has been returned, and the complaint has been deemed justified, Printscorpio will reimburse the Customer according to the applicable consumer protection legislation. Printscorpio will endeavour to complete the transaction within 30 days after receiving the Product subject to the complaint. If the Product subject to the complaint is not erroneous in a way covered by consumer protection legislation, Printscorpio may reject the complaint, and the Customer is liable for the shipping costs incurred by the return delivery.

 If the Product is erroneous, the complaint must always be made directly to the place of purchase.

These T&C do not restrict the Customer’s applicable rights according to  consumer protection law nor the Merchandiser’s legal liability for product errors, including the Customer’s right to demand fixing the error or replacing the product with a new one.
