High quality cotton with digital pigment print.

Plain weave. The finished product can be used for example as a curtain, tablecloth, pillow case or outdoor banner.

+ pigments have better lightfastness than sublimation dyes

+ field tests outdoor have proved that cotton - as hydrophilic non-ionic fibre - tends to collect less oil-based dust and particles and it looks better after prolonged use compared to polyester.

Do you want a testprint of your picture first? A half mater (0,75 m2) testprint of your own picture costs 40 euros in the mail. If the same picture is used in the finished product you will be kredited back half of the amout from the testprint cost (20 euros)

With pigment printing:

+ it is possible for most fibers and different structures and even for finished or dyed fabrics

+ colours have excellent light fastness

+ good stability on fabric, no wet process is needed

+ no bleeding (dry or wet) in digital printing

- colour gamut is not as wide as with reactive prints
- wet fastness properties - especially wet crocking - is limited

- thin film is left on the fabric surface that might have effect in touch and fiber properties

Please ask for finishing options, for example softening, easy-care, fire protection or water- and oilrepellent finish.

Minimum amount is just one meter, price is always better with longer runs. Please note that only total amount counts: run can include several designs.

Washing recomendatation is 40-60°C. Hot ironing according the fabric suggestion ok.
